The minimum age required, in order to be able to use Solved, is 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you must not use the app.

If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app. In order to reinstall the app, you have to firstly delete it, and afterwards download it from AppStore or GooglePlay and finally install Solved Now. As long as you do not delete your account, you do not have to worry in regards to your Solved historical activity. Also, try resetting your password as the process it’s fast and efficient.

Yes, this is correct. Once you create a Solved account using your phone number, the phone number also becomes your username which you are going to use for logging in the app.

Yes, you can. Under “Edit Profile” section you can access phone number field which is editable.

You need to access “Edit Profile” and press on the detail you want to change. Name fields are editable fields.

You can upload profile photos from your personal phone’s archive or you can take a photo on the spot. A profile photo can be added to you profile within when you create a new account or it can be added after you created account, while tapping the icon on the top left-hand corner of the main screen, and accessing “Edit Profile” link under your name.

It depends on why you decided to use Solved. If you are a service provider, it is recommended you populate your account with consistent information supporting your abilities/competencies, so clients feel more confident in choosing the right person for their needs. Anyway, it is up to you the way you are going to step up.

Yes, they will. And this is why it is recommended to double check the information shared within this section, as it might contain personal and private details that are going to be shared with all Solved users.

Due to security reasons, if you want to delete your account, you will need to do it directly in the app. You will permanently any information associated with your account. In order to delete your account, please feel free to tap the icon on the top left-hand corner of the main screen, and access “Delete Account”. Consequently, you will be asked whether or not deleting account is what really you want. By hitting “Yes”, the deleting account procedure is accomplished. Please bear in mind that if you log in again with same credentials, used for a previous deleted account, Solved creates a completely new account for you. Note: Deleting the app does not delete your account.

To report someone, please feel free to access peculiar profiles and to hit the flag icon found top right corner. Moreover, in order to improve Solved services’ quality, please let us know what made you report specific users.

Very important! Sending your location every time you are using the app by pressing “Locate me”, you improve the accuracy of the distance between service providers and clients and increase the chances of receiving support faster. It is recommended that both clients and service providers have to send location in order to update distance between them, and access more rapidly the available services.

Due to GPS functionalities and limitations, there are times when Solved app might not provide you with the exact address you are located at, when sending location to the application. The error is below 50m which means this is not going to seriously impact on the accuracy of the physical distance between Solved users.

Firstly, wait a bit more (around 10-15 seconds) as on iOS updating the address, takes longer. Secondly, try again at a later time. Just make sure you have a strong internet connection. As a service provider you should know that once you become available, you are ready to hit the road any time towards clients, if this is clients’ desire. Solved app and clients expect service providers be able to honor tasks within couple of hours. Otherwise, service providers’ risk receiving negative feedbacks which can decrease their chances of being in clients’ top preferences.

Basically, you can search for jobs’ titles (e.g. mechanic, nurse, hairstylist, English teacher etc.) or you can search for terms defining your need (e.g. braking pads, bandage, haircut etc.). The more precise you are, the more chances to find at least one service provider that can provide you with support.

If you decide accessing any of the domains of activity available in the app in order to find peculiar service providers, and you managed to find none, then it will be a good idea to access “What are you looking for” field. If you still are not shown with available service providers, be aware that Solved app sends notifications to all of them that fit your searches. Moreover, you will also be notified once a service provider suitable for your task, became available.

This first question activates the feedback process. If you answer with “Yes” to this question, Solved app will ask you rate the experience you had with the users you’ve been asked about in the first place. These aspects are very important as feedbacks filter between service providers and help Solved app provide clients with reliable and authentic opinions in regards to the services they are going to contract. Clients can also be rated so service providers can be also given insights in regards to the way a collaboration it a client can look like.

Once you answered positive to the question regarding meeting service providers or clients, Solved app will ask you to rate your experience. Written feedbacks are not something you have to but it is recommended to comply with the complete feedback-process as this improves the quality of Solved users’ experience.

All Solved users can call between them sooner or later. If you are a service provider, which means you did tick ON under “I am available now” field, because you wanted to make your services available to Solved users, then any Solved user can call you anytime. If you are not a service provider but a client, you profile details (the phone number also) become available once you contacted a service provider. As a client, if you never contact a service provider, your account details are not going to be revealed to none of the Solved users.

No, you are not. The phone call happens outside the app. Once you decide calling someone whose phone number is shared with Solved app, you are headed to phone’s calling system.
